Can I cancel an order?
Once you have placed your order and it has been confirmed, we are unable to change or cancel your order.
If you do find you have placed an order that you no longer require, you can return it within 40 days of your order date for a refund within the terms of our Return Policy for Items Purchased Online.

Can I request a price adjustment?
At this time we do not offer price adjustments for marked down or clearance merchandise that was previously purchased. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, please do not hesitate to return it within 40 days of your order date. We accept returns with either your receipt or your shipping confirmation email. The packing slip you receive with your order is your receipt.

How do I get free shipping?
Standard shipping is free when you spend $119 before taxes and shipping charges.
Offer is good for standard shipping only. Standard rules and charges apply for express shipping, expedited shipping and return shipping.

Return an Online Purchase by Mail
Items returned by mail will receive a full refund if they arrive at our warehouse within 40 days of your order date with a receipt/packing slip.
Note: There is a return shipping and handling fee of $14.99 which will be deducted from your refund unless the merchandise is defective.
To Complete A Return By Mail, Follow These Steps:
Use the return shipping label we have included on your receipt.
Include your receipt or a copy of your shipping confirmation email in your package.
Drop off the package at the shipping carrier indicated on your return label.
You Will Receive A Merchandise Credit (Which Is Only Redeemable At Our Stores) If:
If the item does NOT arrive at our warehouse within 40 days of your order date
The item is returned without a receipt/packing slip or shipping confirmation email.
The item is returned with a gift receipt.
